ARS Truck & Fleet Service Announces Russell Stewart As New Chief Operating Officer
Seasoned Executive and U.S. Veteran Will Oversee Operations For ARS and Delaware Truck Refinishers
NEW CASTLE, DE — November 16, 2020. ARS Truck & Fleet Service and Delaware Truck Refinishers, two automotive businesses with a combined 76 years in operation, is proud to announce that they’ve hired Russell Stewart for the executive role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). An accomplished executive and U.S. Air Force veteran, Stewart will oversee both organizations and report directly to Owner and President, Patrick Connell. Responsible for the operations of both businesses—ARS as a provider of fleet service and mobile truck repairs, and DTR as a full-service body repair, detail, and paint shop—Stewart will work to fine tune and implement new processes, build relationships with current partners, implement new revenue streams, as well as build upon the current sales process.

In his role as COO, Stewart will be charged with increasing revenue for both business entities. Specific goals include the expansion of ARS’s mobile division and growing the body shop at Delaware Truck Refinishers.
In Stewart’s personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family and four children, archery, hunting, fishing (with his dog, Yogi), playing guitar, and servicing his own collection of motorcycles and Corvettes. Stewart was also once the owner of an auto shop that specialized in engine rebuilds and transmissions.
